AproDerm Gel is a highly moisturising gel, without the greasiness of an ointment, which actively draws and retains moisture within the skin and provides a protective barrier to help reduce dryness and irritation. It is also an effective pre-bathing emollient so can be applied to skin prior to bathing to prevent it from drying out even further, whilst protecting it from the irritant effects that can be caused by washing and bathing products such as soaps, shower gels and shampoos.

A soothing moisturiser to help relieve eyelids that are dry, itchy, red, and flaky. Soothe, hydrate and comfort dry skin around the delicate eye area. Ordinary soaps and shower gels contain fragrances and detergents and other potential irritants that may make your condition worse – in fact ordinary soaps and detergents are among the most frequent triggers of atopic eczema. Your doctor or pharmacist will talk to you about which type of emollient will work best for your skin condition. If your skin stings after using an emollient wash product and does not settle after rinsing, ask a pharmacist to recommend a different product.
